Join Kinetic Whiteboard and help our team deliver excellent service every day. As a key part of our customer success group, you’ll work from our Clovis, TX office with friendly coworkers who support each other. Our group is made up of helpers, thinkers, and go-getters who want everyone to do their best. We work in an open office where people share ideas and solve problems together.
Your main goal for the first 6 months will be making sure our customers get real value from our tools. You’ll also gather feedback to help us improve our platform, as we roll out new features to make our service even better. You’ll spend your mornings checking on client needs from overnight, replying to emails, and organizing your tasks for the day. By the afternoon, you’ll host online check-ins with customers, help solve problems, and give helpful tips for using our platform.
A typical challenge you might face is figuring out how to explain a new product tool so it’s easy for everyone to understand. On your first day, you’ll get a system login, access to training materials, and one-on-one coaching to help you learn our systems and approach. You will have plenty of support as you get started and throughout your time here.
Responsibilities
- Help customers use our products and answer their questions
- Track feedback and share ideas with our improvement team
- Lead regular check-in meetings with clients
- Work with your team to solve challenges together
- Keep detailed notes on client progress and needs
- Respond quickly to emails and requests throughout the day
Requirements
- Enjoy helping others and solving problems
- Clear communication skills, both spoken and written
- Basic computer experience and ability to learn new tools
- Can work on site Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM
- Friendly with good listening skills
